Stay inside if you can, if you have to go outside dress in layers, do not forget hat, gloves, scarf to cover your face, and warm boots to prevent frostbites.

Take care of kids and pets, small dogs and cats loose body heat very fast. If car broke down in the middle of nowhere call 911. Check on your friends and neighbors, especially elderly.

Hang in there, it will be much warmer by the weekend!
